Chris Russell
Managing Director
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve had the privilege of building a career from the ground up — starting with an adult apprenticeship back in 2002 and working my way into senior project management roles. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for quality craftsmanship and the satisfaction that comes from transforming spaces into something truly special.
In 2021, I decided to take everything I’d learned and pour it into something of my own — Russell Joinery Ltd. The business was born not only from a love of the trade, but also from a desire to support my son Liam in pursuing his ambition of becoming a joiner and following in my footsteps. Together, we’re building more than just homes — we’re building a family business based on trust, care, and craftsmanship, helping people across our local community make the most of their spaces.
Liam Russell
Apprentice Joiner
Liam is proudly following in his dad’s footsteps and is now in the fourth and final year of his apprenticeship. He brings fresh enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail to every project, learning the trade from the ground up and continuing to build on his skills and knowledge.
Dedicated to achieving the same high standards of craftsmanship and customer care that Russell Joinery Ltd is known for, Liam represents the future of the family business. Together, Chris and Liam combine experience and ambition to create a company rooted in family values and dedicated to helping clients make the most of their home.
