Ground Floor remodel

Complete reconfiguration of the ground floor to create open plan living arrangement. Structurally load bearing wall between kitchen and livingroom removed and replaced with steel which was integrated within the ceiling void to create a smooth finish throughout.

Single doors leading to each of those rooms removed and new double doors installed. Half garage converted to habitable space and knocked through to adjoin the livingroom area creating a dining space.
